Phukan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by order dated 06.02.2025, the petitioner was allowed to go on interim bail with certain conditions and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has Page No.# 2/2 appeared before the Investigating Officer and has cooperated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Umrangso P.S. Case No. 02/2025 and has submitted that there are incriminating materials against the petitioner, namely, Pankaj Jidung in the case diary, however, he fairly submits that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement under Section 180 of BNS has already been recorded. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has cooperated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 06.02.2025 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. 1 and 2 attached to the said order remaining intact. 5.
