It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that one Chanra Devi had instituted a suit under Section 229-B of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act for declaring her bhumidhar of the plot in dispute. Petitioner was one of the party in the said suit. He had moved an application for disposal of the preliminary objection which was rejected by the Court concerned, against which, a revision was preferred which has also been rejected. I have heard respective counsel for the parties and perused the material on record. From perusal of material available on record, I find that no interference is required in the order impugned. However, looking to the fact that the suit instituted by one Chanra Devi is of the year 2012-13, respondent no.3- Deputy Collector, Sadar, Jaunpur is hereby directed to proceed with the said suit and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing all the affected parties.
