By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks directions that the services rendered in Basic Education Board, may be considered by the respondent for providing the ACP benefits, etc. It is also the case of the petitioner that he had made a representation on 04.02.2025, therefore, the respondent no.1 may be directed to decide it within a stipulated time. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the services rendered by the petitioner in the Basic Education Board, be taken into consideration for providing ACP benefits, etc., but it has not been so done. The petitioner had made the representation on 04.02.2025, Annexure NO.6 to the writ petition. It has not been decided. Learned State Counsel would submit that the representation dated 04.02.2025, Annexure No. 6 to the writ petition, will be decided by the respondent no.1/ Director Elementary Education, within a period of 2 months. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State Counsel. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.1/ Director Elementary Education, to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 2 months from today.
