Since, the petitioner is presently confined in District Jail, Jhunjhunu and his sister's marriage is going to be solemnized today in Lalganj, District Raebarely (UP), it is not feasible for the [2025:RJ-JP:6593-DB] (2 of 2) [CRLW-217/2025] petitioner to attend his sister's marriage today. So, the present petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of with a direction to the Jail Authority to make necessary arrangements today so that the petitioner to attend his sister's marriage online/through video conferencing.
