Mr. Shiv Narayan Pandey, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, under challenge is communication dated 31st January, 2024 issued by respondent no.2 (the District Magistrate). His client's requirement for security was rejected. His client had complained against illegal mining and C.B.I. inquiry was directed. Two times there were attempts on his life. On query he refers to impugned communication bearing particulars, inter alia of a police case bearing Case Crime no. 410 of 2023 invoking sections 395/506 I.P.C. Dr. Devendra Kumar Tiwari, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and hands up his instructions bearing particulars, inter alia that final report stands filed in said case regarding petitioner's complaint of attempt on his life. Impugned communication was made upon consideration of all facts. There be no interference.
