The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher of 108 Chhto Kuchlibari 5th Plan Primary School under Mekhliganj South Circle within the jurisdiction of District Primary School Council, Coochbehar. The petitioner claims to have submitted an application for general transfer on the ground of distance to a school near to the residence of the petitioner before the Chairperson DPSC, Coochbehar. The grievance of the petitioner is that till date no decision on such application has been communicated to the petitioner. Without entering into the merits of the claim made in the representation dated September 3, 2025, this writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Chairperson, DPSC, Coochbehar, 2 being the respondent no. 6, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated September 3, 2025 which is annexed at page 23 of the writ petition and to dispose of the same in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a server copy of this order along with a copy of the representation dated September 3, 2025.
