Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has prayed for the following relief:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to comply the order dated 19.03.2025 passed by Civil Judge, Junior Division, District Bareilly in Suit No.24 of 2025 (Chunni Vs. Makhanlal and others) over the disputed land Gata No.287 area 0.063 hectare." 3. The petitioner claims that he has instituted Original Suit No.24 of 2025 in which he has obtained injunction order. He submits that the private respondent is violating the injunction order and trying to dispossess the petitioner. 3. The remedy for the petitioner is not before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India as the petitioner has an alternative remedy to approach the competent Court under Order 39 Rule 2A of the C.P.C.. 4.
