Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 485/2024, arising out of Sonari P.S. Case No. 65 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-B) (a), 26, 27 and 35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Jamshedpur. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 7281 of 2024 by order dated 18.09.2024. On 07.05.2024 at about 1.00 p.m., there was some altercation between two rival groups. Cross-firing ensued between the members of the said group in which one person from each side sustained firearm injury. It is alleged that the petitioner has also opened fire causing injury to one of the injured on his palm. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about a year. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the period of custody, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Jamshedpur in connection with S.T.
