Notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act (hereinafter referred “Act” for brevity) was issued on 27.02.2006. By a single award bearing No.19 dated 16.02.2008, the Land Acquisition Collector, Sidhatha Medium Irrigation Project at Fatehpur, District Kangra HP (hereinafter referred for short “Collector”) awarded compensation for the lands acquired. 2. Against the award, 26 reference petitions were filed. The said reference petitions were decided by a common judgment dated 01.08.2017. One of the reference cases decided was Rashpal & Ors. Vs. the Land Acquisition Collector, bearing Reference No.18-J/13/2010. Against the same an appeal bearing RFA No.329 of 2018 was filed before this Court. YES 2 11.10.2023 had dismissed the appeal preferred against the same by the Land Acquisition Collector. 3. In the aforesaid facts and attending circumstances, the present appeal is dismissed for the reasons alike/given in RFA No.329 of 2018, titled The Land Acquisition Collector, Shahnehar Fatehpur and another Vs.
