The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief (s) : “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a appropriate writ / order/direction to the respondents REKHA SINGH Digitally signed by REKHA SINGH -2- authority to comply the order dated 14.05.2018 which was subsequently amended on 19.06.2018. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a direction to respondent no. 1 to take cognizance letter dated 12.07.2019 (Annexure P-5) filed by the petitioner. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other ancillary relief(s), as it may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Mr. Tamrakar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would fairly submit that according to the return filed by the State, the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and in the light of averments made in the return, this petition may be disposed of. 3. Mr. Shadangi, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State would endorse the submissions made by Mr. Tamrakar. 4. The State in para 7 of its return stated as under : “7. That during pendency of the present petition and based upon the report of the Station House Officer, Police Station Chhawani District Durg dated 21/01/2021 wherein it is pointed out that keeping in view the deaths that have occurred in the last two months due to the movement of heavy vehicles from Nandini Road to ACC Square it has been recommended to restrict the entry of heavy vehicles, for the protection of public interest and public safety from 06:00 AM to 09:00 PM from Nandini Road to ACC Square and accordingly the Sub Divisional Magistrate Chhawni/Bhilai Nagar District Durg, vide its order dated 04/02/2025 restricted the entry of heavy vehicles from 06:00 AM to 09:00 PM from Nandini Road to ACC Square. Copy of the order dated 04/02/2025 is annexed herewith as Annexure-R-1.” 5.
