Mr. Aakib Ahmed, learned counsel for respondent No.4. 4. By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioner has challenged the FIR No.253 of 2023 dated 19.04.2023 registered with P.S. Kotwali Haridwar, District Haridwar, under Sections 120-B, 147, 153-A, 420, 447, 504 and 506 IPC. 5. It is contended by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, final report has already been submitted by the police on 18.10.2024 against the petitioner, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 6. The said fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 7. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 8.
