The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 485 of 2024 arising out of Hussainabad P.S. Case No. 125 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 302, 448, 504/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Palamau, Daltonganj. 3. On 01.06.2024, the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons assaulted the father of the informant namely Lakhdeo Sao, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. In the written report, the informant has made specific allegation that co- accused Raju Singh has assaulted his father, resulting into his death. However, in his re-statement, though he had given the name of co-accused Raju Singh as the main assailant, but he has also stated that this present petitioner has assaulted his father, due to which, he died. 5. Considering the inconsistency in the statement of the informant in the written report and his re-statement, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Palamau, Daltonganj in connection with S.T.
