Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2. By this application filed under Section 483 BNSS, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Masuk Rahman, son of Mainal Ali, resident of village-Chenga Musalman Para, Police Station-Tarabari, District-Barpeta is seeking bail in Tarabari P.S. Case No. 68/2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 1528/2024 registered under Sections 77/64/319(2)/351(2), Page No.# 2/2 BNS, 2023, read with Section 66(D)/67(A) of the I.T. Act, wherein, he was arrested on 23.12.2024 and in custody since then. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. K. K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Tarabari P.S. Case No. 68/2024 vide Charge-Sheet No. 06/2025 dated 13.02.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Tarabari P.S. Case No. 68/2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 1528/2024. 5.
