Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Respondents. 2. The Petitioner submits that he had completed the works under “Gadapa Gadapaki Mana Prabhuthvam Scheme (GGMP)” vide agreement Nos.184/2023-24 dated 19.08.2023 and 174/2023- 2024, dated 04.12.2023 for an amount of Rs.35,02,626/- and Rs.17,16,382/- respectively. 3. The learned Standing Counsel passed on the written instructions signed by the Superintendent Engineer, wherein it was mentioned that the work was completed in the time specified and that the amounts payable to the petitioner was also admitted. As the amounts are not available under the Head of Gadapa 3 Gadapaki Mana Prabhuthvam (GGMP) Scheme, the Respondent- Authorities could not make payment to the Petitioner. It was further mentioned that the amounts will be paid to the Petitioner on sanction of funds. 4. Instructions are placed on record. 5. Considering the fact that the execution of work and the amounts are admitted, the Respondent-Authorities are directed to pay amounts due, to the Petitioner within a period of four (04) months from today. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
