This is the Application by the Appellants – State for bringing on record the legal representatives of the Deceased – Original Claimant, namely, Rajkumar Tulshiram Boyne. 2. In Paragraph No.3 of the Application, the names of four [04] Applicants are mentioned as the legal heirs of the Deceased - Rajkumar Tulshiram Boyne. A copy of the Death Certificate showing the name of Deceased as ‘Rajkumar Tulshiram Boyne’ and also a copy of legal heir certificate issued by the learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ahmedpur are enclosed with the Application. 1 2025:BHC-AUG:37418 917-CA-14139-2025.odt 3. Hence, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clauses – ‘B’ and ‘C’. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of four [04] weeks.
