This is an application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya NagarikSuraksha Sanhita, 2023, whereby the petitioner Sulman Khan prayed for releasing him on bail Page No.# 2/2 after he was arrested in connection with Dispur P.S. Case No.1317/2024, registered under Section 87 of the BNS, 2023. 3. It is submitted that the petitioner has already completed 60 days in judicial custody. Mr. Kaushik submits that no Charge-sheet has been filed till today. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts, the bail application is allowed. 5. The petitioner Sulman Khan shall be released on bail of Rs.20,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup(Metro), Guwahati, Assam. 6.
