The CRMP No. 142 of 2021 is the petition filed by the petitioner- Ganesh Kashyap under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure aggrieved by the FIR registered at Police Station Ambikapur, District Surguja (C.G.) bearing Crime No. 891 of 2021 for quashing the same, and the CRMP No. 556 of 2021 is the petition filed by the petitioner- Pankaj Choudhary under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashment of the FIR dated 19.07.2020, bearing Crime No. 394 of 2020 registered against him for the offence under Sections 294 and 506 read with Section 34 of IPC. 2. Mr. Nishi Kant Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner appearing in CRMP No. 142 of 2021 would submits that the sole petitioner- Ganesh Kashyap has died. 3. Similarly, Ms. Seema Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner 3 appearing in CRMP No. 556 of 2021 would also submit that the complainant of the case i.e. respondent No.2- Ganesh Kashyap has died and the matter has already been closed by the trial Court and the matter has become infructuous. 4. In view of the same, both the petitions i.e. CRMP No. 142 of 2021 and CRMP No. 556 of 2021 stand dismissed as having become infructuous.
