The relief claimed by the petitioner in the present petition is to restrain the respondents from interfering in the peaceful possession over the land in dispute during pendency of the original suit No.672 of 2019 (Smt. Ram Pyari Vs. Smt. Vimla Devi and others). 3. The petition as framed is wholly misconceived. The remedy for the petitioner is to move an appropriate application in the aforementioned pending suit. 4.
