The learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is involved in a criminal case and therefore, only a Customized PCC can be issued and that too only on orders from this Court. 3. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the respondent and having perused Exts.P2 and P3 orders of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court – I, Piravom, this writ petition will stand disposed of directing the respondent to issue a Customized PCC to the petitioner also mentioning the details of the case mentioned in Exts.P2 and P3 orders.
