(Oral) The present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing the impugned action of the respondent No.2-Director General of Sports & Youth Affairs, Haryana, in invalidating the Sports Gradation Certificate, issued by the respondent No.5 to the petitioner on 03.01.2025. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the controversy involved in the present case is identical to the issues that were under consideration before this Court in CWP-15015 of 2025 titled as “Vikram Singh and another versus State of Haryana and others” wherein only additional fact was that the petitioner had two different Sports Gradation Certificates i.e. ‘C’ and ‘D’ Grade.
