On receipt of advance copy, Mr. Adhiraj Singh, A.A.G., Punjab has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.1-State and has produced copy of order dated 19.04.2025 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gurdaspur, wherein it has been recorded that the final report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. has been presented and the case stands adjourned to 02.06.2025 for consideration of charge.
