Present Public Interest Litigation has been filed by a stranger to the temple in question praying for a relief against the demolition, which he alleges, has been started by the Municipal Corporation, Faridabad and it is in the process of demolishing the boundary wall and the temple itself may be demolished very soon. 2. It is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner that a civil suit has been instituted by Pujari(s), etc. of the temple, which is pending adjudication since 2022. 3.
