Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that inadvertently a statement was made with regard to the disposal of the suit between the parties. It is his submission that the interim relief Application has been decided therein. Suit, however, is pending adjudication. 2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the Petition with liberty to file Revision under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code before the State Government. She further claims that the time spent in pursuing the Petition, is excluded from the period of computation of limitation. 3. Petition is dismissed as withdraw with liberty as prayed. (R. M.
