The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 04.04.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 0051 of 2025, under sections- 191(1), 115(2), 333, 351(3) B.N.S. and 66 I.T. Act, 2008, P.S. Jahanganj, District - Fatehgarj (Farrukhabad) and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned A.G.A has submitted that in the present matter the chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioner in this case, but he is not certain whether cognizance has been taken thereon or not. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with direction that till cognizance is taken on the police report by the court concerned, petitioner shall not be arrested pursuant to the impugned F.I.R.
