By means of this present C482 application, the applicants have challenged the charge-sheet dated 22.06.2018, cognizance/summoning order dated 20.07.2018, order dated 08.04.2022 issuing the Bailable Warrants/Non-Bailable Warrants against the applicants as well as the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.3434 of 2018, State vs. Vinod Singh & others, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Dehradun. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the Non-bailable warrant has already been issued against the applicants on 08.04.2022 and he prayed that the applicants may be permitted to surrender before the court concerned within fifteen days. 5. He also placed reliance upon the authority of Apex Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and Another, reported in (2021) 10 SCC 773. For the sake of convenience, relevant portion thereof is quoted herein below:- 3.Category A(e) Bail applications of such accused on appearance may be decided without the accused being taken in physical custody or by granting interim bail till the bail application is decided. 2025:UHC:2881 6.
