In pursuance of earlier order, a copy of instructions have been received, which are taken on record. On the strength of instructions, learned Standing Counsel submits that in pursuance of the order dated 14.6.2023, an order has been passed on 20.9.2024 against which the petitioner has equally, efficacious alternative remedy of filing an appeal / revision. Confronted with the said fact, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed at this stage. However, it is provided that in case the appeal is preferred within a period of 10 days from today, the same shall be entertained without raising any objection with regard to the limitation.
