When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner is an accused in the case and the bank account was frozen for the purpose of investigation. Now that the investigation has been completed, the continued freezing of the account is no longer necessary. Therefore, the first respondent will issue a request to the second respondent bank, after which the account will be defrozen. 3.
