Case No. 69 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 115(2) 121(1), 122(2), 125, 281, 61(2), 109 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 15 of Jharkhand Bovine Prohibition of Slaughter Act, 2005, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Simdega. 3. On 24.12.2024, an Alto Car bearing registration no. JH 01CJ 0776 tried to overrun the police barricade at Gangutoli Chowk. However, vehicle was intercepted and the petitioner and co-accused persons were apprehended. It appears that one constable Vijay Bahadur Singh sustained injury in his hand. 4. It was submitted that co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court earlier. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Simdega in connection with Jaldega P.S.
