The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused committed theft of iron rolls, fans and other articles from the defacto complainant. Hence, th case. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they are waster paper pickers and they collected waste materials only, however, defacto complainant lodged a false complaint. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the 1st petitioner has got 8 previous cases and the 2nd petitioner has got one previous and hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 5.
