JUSTICE S G PANDIT) This contempt petition is filed under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India complaining disobedience of interim order dated 10.09.2025 in Writ Petition No.106573/2025, wherein this Court passed the following order: “9. As such, I pass the following interim order: i. Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to open the SATS portal to enable the petitioner to enter the details of 157 students admitted for the additional 2 courses for which the application dated 30.05.2025 had been made. ii. The said opening of the SATS portal and the registration of the students shall be subject to the result of this writ petition and subject to the result of the enquiry to be made by respondent No.1. iii. The SATS portal shall be opened within 4 days from now, to enable such registration. iv. The enquiry report to be filed on or before 06.11.2025. v. Relist on 06.11.2025.” - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:15973-DB CCC No. 100349 of 2025 2. Challenging the said interim order, Writ Appeal No.100064/2025 is filed by the State authorities. 3. During the pendency of the appeal and the contempt petition, Revision Petition No.20/2025 of the complainant pending before the Appellate Authority and Special Secretary (Services), School Education and Literacy Department, was disposed of, by order dated 29.10.2025 remanding the matter for fresh enquiry. 4. Today, learned Additional Government Advocate, Sri.Sharad V Magadum files affidavit dated 19.11.2025 of the Deputy Director of Pre-University Education, Chikkodi, Belagavi District-Sri Pandurang Ishwar Bhandare enclosing order dated 18.11.2025 on conducting the enquiry as directed by the Revisional Authority. 5. In view of order dated 18.11.2025 of the Revisional Authority, the contempt proceedings complaining disobedience of interim order dated 10.09.2025 passed in - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:15973-DB CCC No. 100349 of 2025 Writ Petition No.106573/2025, would not survive for consideration. 6. It is open for the complainant to challenge the order dated 18.11.2025 before the appropriate authority and seek appropriate relief. 7. With the above, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
