To pass any other order, direction as deemed fit in the circumstances of the case. 2. A memo dated 28.08.2025 singed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has been filed, which reads as under; “The Advocate for the Petitioner most respectfully submits that, Petitioner in the above petition has sought for Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing Respondent No.3 (Assistant Commissioner, Batkal) to consider the representation dated 19/7/2024, produced vide Annexure F. It is respectfully submitted that Petitioner had earlier filed revision under section 136(3) of Karnataka Land Revenue Act before Respondent no. 2 and further Respondent no.2 after hearing had allowed the revision and - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:12360 WP No. 105096 of 2024 remanded the same to Respondent no.3 directing to conduct enquiry and to pass orders. Respondent no. 3 during the pendency of the above Writ petition after conducting enquiry has passed Orders on 23/7/2025 in number RTS/AP/SR/67/2018, hence in view of the Order having passed by Respondent no.3 the present Writ petition does not survive for consideration and has become infructuous, hence this Memo.” 3. Accepting the submission of learned counsel and the memo, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4. In view of disposal of the writ petition, pending interlocutory applications, if any, do not survive for consideration and are disposed of accordingly.
