Bal Govind Singh and others and Revision No.1114 of 2025 (Computerized No.AL20250225001114) Shiv Kumar Vs. Bal Govind Singh and others pending before the Board of Revenue. 3. Instructions have been received by learned Standing counsel pursuant to the previous order of this Court. The same are placed before this Court and are taken on record. 4. The instructions reveal that 5.8.2025 is the next date fixed in the aforesaid revisions. 5. Though learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the revisions are entitled to be consolidated but such a prayer can be made before the Board of Revenue. 6. Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction upon Board of Revenue to take up the revisions and decide the same, in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties, within four months, from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order before the authority.
