VIKAS BAHL, J.(ORAL) CM-16366-CII-2025 This is an application under Section 151 CPC for restoration of the main petition which was disposed of vide order dated 01.07.2025. For the reasons stated in the application which is supported by an affidavit, the application is allowed and the order dated 01.07.2025 is recalled and the main petition is ordered to be restored to its original number. COCP-2946-2025 1. This is a contempt petition filed under Sections 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 30.03.2022 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Sonipat. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already filed execution application of the judgment and decree dated 30.03.2022 and the same is fixed for 30.08.2025 for arguments and has submitted that at this stage, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue the said execution application. 3.
