Nargis, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the accused- applicants. Also heard Mr. B. Sarmah, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, representing the State respondent. The learned Addl. P.P. submits that a charge-sheet, vide Charge-sheet No. 90/2025 dated 28.09.2025 has been submitted. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the accused-applicants that vide order dated 04.02.2025, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has already granted interim pre- arrest bail to the accused-applicants. In view of the aforesaid, she prays that the interim order so passed may be extended till the accused-applicants appear before the learned Trial Court. Prayer allowed. The interim order dated 04.02.2025, passed by this Court shall be extended till the appearance of the accused-applicants before the learned Trial Court, after receipt of the summons.
