Mr. Devendra Kumar, learned advocate holding the brief appears on behalf of petitioner and submits with reference to paragraph 6, his client is 'Pujaran' and she and her family have been living for a very long time in campus of Sri Ram Temple premises situate in Kuchha Sita Ram Kanhaiya Tola, police station-Qilla, district-Bareilly. Further allegation in the petition is, private respondent nos. 5 to 9 are seeking to grab land of the temple by evicting his client. He has made several representations to respondent nos.2 and 3 (respectively the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police). He seeks direction upon the authorities to consider the representations. Mr. Raj Mohan Upadhyay, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, respondent no.2 will deal with the representation. Respondent no.2 is directed to deal with petitioner's representation dated 9th November, 2024. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order and copy of his representation to said respondent. Decision taken be informed to petitioner within four weeks of the communication.
