The petitioner is said to be the recipient of certain civil works from the hands of the respondent-Karnataka Neeravari Nigam Limited (KNNL). On completion of the work, the petitioner is said to have submitted certain bills, which have not merit at consideration. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court seeking direction to consider the said representation dated 20.12.2019. The petition is preferred in the year 2021. 4. Therefore, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition with a direction to consider the representation in accordance with law and pass necessary orders thereon with an outer limit of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, if not already considered.
