The following prayer has been made in the writ petition: "I) A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the District Magistrate and Tehsildar, Jhansi to record the name of the petitioner over the land in question bearing Arazi no.221 area 2.55 acre and Arazi no.221 area 0.08 acre and not dispossess the petitioner from the land in question." 2. We observe that mutation application under Section 34 is already pending. 3. Consequently, we are of the opinion that filing of the present writ petition is gross abuse of the process of law. 4.
