Learned counsel appearing for the revisionists, after arguing at some length, submits that this criminal revision may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the revisionists to appear before the trial court and apply for bail. 2. In view of the aforesaid submission, this criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is provided that if the revisionists appear before the trial court and file an application for bail within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided by the competent court expeditiously, in accordance with law. 3. Since the revisionist has undertaken to file an application for bail before the trial court, therefore, for a period of three weeks, the execution of the warrant issued against the revisionists shall remain stayed.
