Chandra Shekhar, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Sri S. Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appeared for respondents 1 to 3. Since the issue involved in the above writ petitions is the same, the writ petitions are disposed of by this common order. The petitioners, who are working as ANM Gr-lll, filed the above writ petitions to declare the action of the 2"'^ respondent in neither considering the appeals nor stay petitions filed by the petitioners on 25.01.2025 against the proceedings vide Rc.No.SO/SPL/G3/2024 dated 18.01.2025 issued by the 3 respondent whereby rejected the objections filed by the petitioners for promotion of Multipurpose Health Assistant (Female), as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that along with the appeals, the petitioners also filed Interlocutory Applications. However, the appellate authority, neither considered the Interlocutory Applications nor the appeals. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services submitted the instructions of the 2^^ respondent-Commissioner, Health and Family Welfare, Mangalagiri. Learned counsel would also submit that there is no dispute about ' the filing of appeals and Interlocutory Applications along with the appeals by the petitioners. 2. 3. rd 4. 5. M 4 Since the petitioners filed respective appeals as well as the stay petitions (interlocutory applications) against the orders dated 18.01.2025 passed by the 3'"^ respondent, whereby the cases of the petitioners for promotion were rejected, the learned 2'''' respondent shall dispose of the stay petitions in three (3) weeks from today. Learned 2'''^ respondent shall also dispose of the appeals filed by the petitioners as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two (2) months. The learned 2"'* respondent shall provide, an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, as per the Rules. No order as to costs. 6.
