The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed against the notice dated 08-01-2024 issued by the court below in pursuance of proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. in Case No. 14 of 2023 (Smt. Deepika Jha vs. Aditya Kumar), P.S. Surajpur, District Gautambudh Nagar. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that only a notice has been issued by the court below, in pursuance of the maintenance case filed by opposite party no.2 under Section 125 Cr.P.C. The applicant, however, challenges the issuance of the notice and seeks quashing of the same. 4. Upon consideration, this Court finds that the applicant's challenge to the notice issued is premature, as the proceedings are at a nascent stage and the matter is yet to be adjudicated by the learned court below. 5.The instant application lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
