Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Sri Kartikeya Saran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 and 3. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner has sought for the following substantial reliefs: "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 13.7.2020 passed by the respondent no-3 sum of Rs.6,78,623-00 (Contained in Annexure no-2 to this writ petition). II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no 3 to provide the correct electricity bill of 1 K.W. to the petitioner for payment electricity bill." 3. After hearing counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, is appears that no final order has been passed pursuant to the order passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court on September 8, 2020 in Writ-C No.13539 of 2020. 4. In light of the same, any recovery proceeding that has been initiated against the petitioner is quashed and set aside. 5. The respondents authority are directed to act in accordance with the order passed on September 8, 2020 and allow the petitioner to file his objection/representation, and thereafter, decide the same after granting an opportunity of hearing to him within a period of eight weeks from date. 6.
