The instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondents No.3 to 6 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.7 to 12, who are giving life threats to the petitioner and pressurizing her not to raise her voice against their illegal action and withdraw her complaint (Annexure P-6). 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.5-Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra, to look into the representation/complaint dated 27.07.2023 (Annexure P-6) submitted by the petitioner at the earliest and take appropriate steps as may be required under the law so that her life and liberty may not be jeopardized. 3.
