This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking directions for transfer of investigation in FIR No. 155 dated 24.08.2018 registered at Police Station Chattiwind, District Amritsar registered under Sections 326, 324, 323, 427, 148, 149 of IPC (Annexure P-1) registered against respondents No. 14 to 17 to some independent agency outside the District Amritsar. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI-Yashpal, submits that the trial is at the fag end and only 05 witnesses are remained to be examined.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition become infructuous and wishes to withdraw the present petition. In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as having become infructuous.
