The petitioners are before this Court seeking the following prayer. “issue a writ of mandamus to the respondent no.1 to consider the objections dated 10/02/2020, 14/02/2020 and 29/03/2021 marked at Annexure-E, E1, F And F1 respectively in so far as petitioners are concerned and grant any other relief as deemed fit in the interest of justice.” 2. The prayer of the petitioners is to consider the representation submitted by them. The representation was against an order that allotted 10 acres of land to a third party. 3. The learned AGA on instructions and verification of the records would submit that the order has been recalled. 4. In the light of the recalling of the order, nothing further would survive for consideration of the case at hand. 5.
