It has been fairly admitted by counsel for the revisionist that against the order impugned, present revision is not maintainable and therefore, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this revision with liberty to file a petition challenging the order under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent though submitted that petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is also not admitted, however, without going into that question, the revision is permitted to be withdrawn. 3. Accordingly, the revision is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 4. Office is directed to return the certified copies of the documents annexed with the petition to learned counsel for the revisionist after retaining photocopy of the same on record.
