The petitioner’s application seeking transfer on medical ground of his spouse is pending consideration before the West Bengal Central School Service Commission for a considerable period of time. 2. In view thereof, without entering into the merits of the said application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent – the Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission – to consider and dispose of the petitioner’s application seeking transfer in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. 3.
