Learned State counsel, on instructions, which are taken on record, submits that after investigation petitioner nos.1, 2 and 3 were exonerated by the Investigating Agency while only petitioner no.4 along with one Vikas were charge sheeted. 4. He further submitted that charge sheeted persons have now been acquitted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tehri-Garhwal in Sessions Trial No.13 of 2022, vide judgment and order dated 19.12.2024. 5. In view of the submission made by counsel for the State, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition. 6. Accordingly writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
