Present application has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioner to change the name of District Jail, Alwar to District Jail, Ajmer in the cause title of S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.1381/2025. 2. It is contended that inadvertently Jail confinement place in the cause title of S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.1381/2025 has wrongly been mentioned as "Currently Confined at District Jail Alwar" instead of "Currently Confined at District Jail Ajmer". Due to this inadvertence, the accused- petitioner could not be released on bail as the said bail application was allowed by this Court vide order dated 03.02.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that amended cause title has been filed. 4. In view of the contents made in the application and submissions made by learned counsel for the accused-petitioner, (2 of 2) [CRLMA-67/2025] the present application is allowed. Amended cause title is taken on record. 5. The words "Currently Confined at District Jail Alwar" be read as "Currently Confined at District Jail Ajmer." 6.
