2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 155 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 406, 504, 506, 120B of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Ramgarh.
3. The petitioner purchased the car allegedly belonging to one Tapan Giri. Co-accused Sudeep Chatterjee had impersonated himself as Tapan Giri. While the informant was going on the car, the agents of the financer seized the car stating that the EMIs were due against the loans taken by Tapan Giri.
4. It was submitted that the money which the informant had deposited had gone to the account of actual owner. It was further submitted that co- accused Sudeep Chatterjee has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 1597 of 2025.
5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Ramgarh in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 155 of
2024.
