The present application has been filed by applicants for quashing the charge sheet No.399A/2024 dated 02.02.2025 and cognizance order dated 21.04.2025 as well as entire proceeding of Case No.988/2025 (State Versus Atul Kumar and others), Case Crime No.103/2024, under Sections 498A, 354, 270, 323, 494, 504 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Bisauli, District Budaun. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the applicants states that he may be permitted to withdraw this application filed under Section 528 BNSS with liberty to file bail application before the court below. 4. Learned AGA and learned counsel for opposite party no.2 has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicants. 5. Under the circumstances, the present application under Section 528 BNSS is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to applicants to approach the court concerned for bail. In order to enable the applicants to approach the court concerned for bail, for a period of 15 days, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants. In case, the bail application is preferred by the applicants before the court concerned, the court concerned shall decide the same expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party. 6.
